The photo of the girl showing the product isn't wearing it correctly. So only go by your own body shape. It does come with enough attachments to fit up to 45 inches round. It does stay in place when wearing it. I had mine on my chest, stomach and hip/ waist. So don't spend the money for that one that has the springs. Unless you want too. The ball is empty like it stated. It does come with a screw driver to open and close (remove screws). I put pebbles in mine. I would recommend putting tape around the ball after you screw it together. My hasn't come apart. But playing it safe for added safety. It's actually nice. Once you get it going. You feel your muscles working. Switch it up and make it fun. Don't let it sit in the closet. Oh and for the price. Why not buy 2....this way you don't have to share.

Was afraid that ie would be too small but no hear, have there even 1 link from May. Is not easy to do. Good practice.
