These terms apply when you visit mexten.com or buy from Mexten (“we”, “us”). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order. Our toys are bought by adults for children.

2. Products and prices

  • We do our best to show products, colors and sizes accurately. Small differences in color or packaging can happen.
  • Prices are in US dollars and may change at any time. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout when you place your order.
  • If a product is listed at a wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and give you a full refund.

3. Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship it. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you paid, you get a full refund.

4. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds and cancellations are covered by our Returns & Refunds Policy.

5. Toy safety and supervision

Please follow the age labels and warnings on each product page and in the packaging. Adult supervision is recommended for young children. See our Toy Safety page for details.

6. Content and guides

Our parent guides and product descriptions are for general information. They are not medical, developmental or professional advice. All text, images and the Mexten name and logo belong to Mexten and may not be copied without permission.

7. Reviews and messages you send us

If you send us a review, photo or message, you confirm that it is your own and that you allow us to show it on our website and social channels. We may remove content that is unlawful, offensive or off-topic.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our website or products. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
