My cat loves it. When she gets tired and heads off for a nap, I take it out of the water I shake it a couple times, dry it with a microfiber cloth and put it in a warm spot. Good clean fun!

Bought these to entertain my kitties and THEY LOVE THEM. They swim like real fish, they only swim when they hit the water, they are the size of real fish...I have recommended these to all of my kitty loving friends! (Yes, I'm sure they would be great for human children as well ,lol)

This is definitely better than the Hexbot. It is not as likely to get stuck in corners, although it does sometimes. It is also more likely to swim in the middle of the tank. I liked that it comes with replacement batteries. This is a quality toy.

Came with batteries installed, along with 2 spare batteries. Ran great right out of the box. The cat loves it. It is very quiet when in the water, though it makes a small amount of noise tapping the glass. In a large bathtub the swim pattern was random. A small round container did not work well and the fish pretty much swam in circles. In either container, the fish seemed to dive a bit then swim back up. The cat was chewing on its tail, and it still works great.
