    We had a very tall Lucky Bamboo plant that we needed to trim - propagate the shoots and cut back the main stalk to encourage new growth. I was nervous using regular scissors or a knife since bamboo is thick and I didn't want to damage them. These scissors worked wonderfully - minimal pressure, very crisp/clean cut

    I got these scissors because I needed something a little more heavy duty than kitchen shears to trim my potted lemon and lime trees. I snipped some 1/2" branches and they worked great. The blades are sharp and I didn't need to exert too much pressure.
